UPC Module for AccountMate
If you are a manufacturer or importer and require to generate UPC (Universal Product Codes) for your new products, this Add-In is a must. This module will automatically generate a UPC compliant number in a sequential ascending order.It also calculates the check digit.
It works very easy, all you need to do is check the box that says "UPC Number" on the Inventory maintenance screen, go to Maintenance and select Generate UPC numbers. The module will run through your entire inventory, searching for items that need UPC numbers,creating and assigning the next available numbers in the pool including the check digit.
