  2. Do they have an active Online User Group or community?  Do they have Local User Groups or an Annual Conference?
  3. What’s the Pricing and Licensing Model and Agreement?  What will it cost me as I expand and need more functionality, more user licenses or need to manage multiple companies or multiple locations?
  4. What are our Deployment options?  On-Premise, Cloud, Hybrid, or Hosting
  5. Will we need any 3rd Party Add-Ons?
  6. What are your Training offerings?
  7. How do they compare when it comes to ongoing Product Development? How much do they invest in ongoing development of the WMS solution.  Make sure your initial investment is protected with a publisher that will keep the product modern and competitive to provide you with the tools you need as your business grows.
  8. What Resources do you have to help with my evaluation like; demos, success stories, references or trials.
  9. What is their Customer Satisfaction record?
  10. How is their Security for the cloud WMS hosting going to protect my data?
